For nearly twenty years, I’ve built the engineering foundations that turn startups into market leaders. I know how to take a company from its first hire to scale, and how to design teams that deliver when everything is on the line.
I work exclusively with frontier AI founders and labs. My focus is singular: finding the rare engineers and product builders no one else can reach and placing them where they can define the trajectory of a company. I operate in the layer of AI that most people never get to see.
